HT STANDS FOR HIGH TECH

The new line of the EAGLE 18 family is designed to be fast. The similarity to the most modern and radical Class A Designs is no coincidence. The new 18HT class is more than once said to be a "Class-A-Catamaran on steroids for two".
The hulls of the new EAGLE 18 have a state-of-the-art negative stem but have enough lifting power at the bow to be able to carrie two persons.
Both the EAGLE 18 and the 18HT will be available in two versions: Carbon-all-over or Fiberglass laminated with high quality Epoxy.
The carbon masts are made by MARSTROM, all versions have bars, daggerboards and rudders made of carbon. Sails are by ULLMAN or optional by LANDENBERGER. All EAGLE 18 have the same weight: Hull weight is 21 kgs only! As in the whole EAGLE fleet sails are made of PENTEX and all fittings are HARKEN only. No compromises made. Weight ready-to-sail incl. Spi: 125 kgs.
